Hello to my nursing sisters (and brothers)!
Let me introduce myself-
My name is Susan Rose, have been a RN for 22 years, and live in Pittsburgh.
As regional networker for the American Holistic Nurses Association, local networking in important to me.
I recently obtained a Masters in Professional Nursing Leadership from Carlow University and feel it is about time something is done to help nurses, regionally as well as across America and Canada.

My day job is a Primary Care case manager
in a large Pittsburgh Hospital.
Although I love helping patients, you may agree that when you look around you will see many of us are burning out, weakening our immune system and breaking down!
In the past 5 years nurses I know have known nurses who have had mini stokes, breast and lung cancer and lymphoma. Maybe you (like me) are seeing your own blood pressure rise and wonder when you will be able to exercise!

ps- Oh yes, more about me? I am 52, have a 27 year old daughter and have self published a book on feminine intutition. I have several domain names- heartofpittsburgh.com, gaiafriends.org, templebeautiful.com, and of course united4healing.com. I also donated many web sites donated are for local healing practioners, and federal women employees.
My focus is sharpening towards nurses because helping nurses makes a tsunami ripple to jump start the lives of all they touch.
....Not only that, it makes me chuckle and warms my heart.
